Venue - Fighting Fantasy Fest 2 is being held at the University of West London, Ealing campus, focused around the Heartspace. The event will be taking over the lecture theatre, as well as the Heartspace itself, which will provide the perfect place for people to visit trade stands, play games, sit and chat, or grab something to eat. There is also a second seminar room, where a second strand of talks will be taking place, and an exhibition space, where rare pieces of Fighting Fantasy memorabilia will be on display. Food and drinks will be available onsite throughout the day, from both the University cafe and bar.

Travel - The University of West London is only a short walk from Ealing Broadway, which is served by the Central and District Lines of the London Underground, as well as the Heathrow Express (which runs from Paddington Station in London to Heathrow Airport to the west), and is also a British Rail mainline station. The University of West London campus is also served by a number of bus routes, including the No. 65, which stops outside Ealing Broadway Station.

Ealing is also easily accessible from Junction 2 of the M4 motorway, and from the M40. It is also on the North Circular A406, which links to the M1 and is easily accessible from the M3.
