The Troll Moors are a high saddle of rocky, forbidding rolling hills situated between the River Kok and Pagan Plains.

This forbidding area is commonly avoided by travelers, and is broken by hidden valleys and thick, twisted copses of elm, oak and beech. The Moors are often shrouded in dense mists and are inhabited by several large Troll tribes, as well as Goblinoid races. These evil inhabitants often raid the surrounding areas, so passing merchants often hire large groups of strong-arm guards when passing near it.

EVIL FF BADDIES
Win Fighting Fantasy™ Posters

All the Fighting Fantasy Gamebook's have some pretty terrifying opponents that you will have encounter at the end of your travels. How about the terrifying Zharradan Marr, the hunched figure of Razaak the Necromancer or even worse the deadly liche and Night Prince Zanbar Bone?

WHAT DO THEY LOOK LIKE?

Final opponents are often the most deadly of all obstacles that an Adventurer will face in the Fighting Fantasy series and you will often need a great deal of Luck and the use of initiative and intelligence to survive. Throughout the series we have been introduced to many terrifying foes and these final encounters in many Fighting Fantasy adventures may have brought an untimely end to your hero. Many of these final foes have been illustrated by some of the very best Fighting Fantasy artists and this month we want to see yours.

During April and May 2004 we are launching COMPETITION 5. Do you have an artistic side? Well show us and every FF fan across the globe by sending us your fan art! We're looking for hand-drawn or computer generated pictures of any main villain of the Fighting Fantasy™ series in our new exciting competition. Zagar, Zanbar Bone, Zharradan Marr, Balthus Dire, or anyone else that has to been a foe within the Fighting Fantasy™ Game. We would like to see your creations and are offering – signed posters by Mel Grant as a prize.
